The memories of that unforgettable picture still clear in my mind even its been more than 15 years! Allow me to transport you back to that moment when I found myself plunged into a state of panic. It was as if time itself had conspired against me, cruelly revealing that my precious 2 pm IV medications were nowhere to be found in my medication cart. The clock ticked away, creeping towards the dreaded hour of 3 pm. The fear that gripped my nerve was indescribable, for I knew that missing the precise deadline for administering those medications would surely result in a written reprimand even this incident will no impact for our unit's KPI (timeliness of medication administration).
