4th of July Travels 🛫🛫

Are you traveling next week? Brace yourself my friend, for long lines, delays, and a whirlwind of frustrations awaiting travelers like you in airports across the nation. This Independence Day travel✈️ period is anticipated to be the busiest ever recorded, promising quite an adventure. This year marks a significant milestone as the majority of countries have opened their borders without the requirement of a COVID vaccination record. According to AAA, a staggering 4.17 million Americans are projected to take to the skies, soaring through U.S. airports during this eventful weekend. Can you believe it? That's nearly a 7% increase from the bustling travel days of 2019. But wait, there's more. Mother Nature seems to have her own plans too, as many cities are expected to face unfavorable weather conditions. So, dear traveler, prepare yourself for potential surprises🙀 and unexpected encounters along the way.

⚖️ WHATTTT???? Supreme Court Strikes Down Student's Loan Forgiveness Plan

In a significant blow to the Biden administration's agenda, the ⚖️ Supreme Court halted the plan to forgive student loans for 40 million Americans. This ruling effectively put an end to the $430 billion program, which the White House viewed as pivotal in solidifying support among younger Americans, ahh you mean voters?. Chief Justice John Roberts, leading a 6-3 decision, stated that Education Secretary Miguel Cardona overstepped his authority by approving a plan that went well beyond the scope of Congress's delegated power to the executive branch. The court acknowledged that while Cardona possessed the ability to modify student-aid programs, the expansive forgiveness plan exceeded the limits set by federal law 👮‍♂️.

👨‍⚖️ RFK Jr for President?

In the upcoming 2024 presidential election, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the nephew of JFK emerges as a compelling candidate, bringing forth his vision for a better future. One of the key focuses of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s presidential campaign is his stance on vaccines and their impact on children. Drawing upon his background as an environmental lawyer and children's🧑🧑 health advocate, Kennedy Jr. raises important questions about vaccine💉safety and advocates for rigorous scrutiny of vaccination practices. He emphasizes the need for comprehensive research, transparency, and informed consent📝 when it comes to vaccination policies. It is fascinating to observe whether he can successfully influence the movement, particularly altering the perspectives of younger voters.

👩🏻‍⚕️✈️ Nursing Shortage #

I firmly believe that the nursing shortage is a pressing issue that demands immediate attention. With healthcare demands escalating, it is crucial to address this shortage strategically. Hiring overseas nurses👩🏻‍⚕️can play a vital role in alleviating the strain on our healthcare system. But it looks like hospitals and nursing homes will have to wait a little bit longer as State Department stopped recruitment of nurses abroad this month due to oversubscribe to hire nurses and anyone applied after February 2022 their visa 🛄 processing has stopped. Former Secretary of Health and Human Service Alex Azar wrote an article about this issue.
👉 Why this matters to us? This puts pressure on the system, and more nurses will leave the workforce due to burn out.
